Bryan Dougher is Camp Director and is in his third season at Rutgers as Director of Basketball Operations. One of six staff members to serve as a collegiate team captain, he is in his ninth season working under Steve Pikiell as either a student-athlete or staff member.
In his current role, Dougher assists in a range of duties related to the coordination and administration of the program. He is responsible for film breakdown and analysis, opponent scouting, facility management, practice planning, and ticketing among other day-to-day responsibilities within the program.
Dougher was a four-year starter and two-time team MVP at point guard for Stony Brook from 2008-12. He developed into one of the best players in program history en route to 1,609 career points. In 126 games, Dougher averaged 12.8 points, shot 37.4 percent from three-point range and compiled 234 assists with 125 steals. A first-team All-America East Conference pick as a senior, he earned second team all-league honors as both a junior and sophomore after being named all-rookie as a freshman.
Following graduation from Stony Brook, he had two successful professional seasons abroad in the Australian Basketball Association.
